Experiencing Quest for Wellness after experiencing Trauma at a young age without support was incredibly challenging. I found solace in my faith, which provided strength and purpose. Deuteronomy 31:6 became my mantra, reminding me to be courageous.

Through my faith, I learned the importance of holistic wellness, and nurturing the mind, body, and spirit. Integrating practices like prayer, self-care, and mindfulness promoted balance and well-being.

I embrace the concept of holistic wellness, understanding its core components of nurturing physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. Recognizing their interconnectedness and significance in achieving balance and fulfillment in life.

I have made it my mission not only to cultivate harmony within myself but also to guide others, particularly those who have experienced trauma, towards greater self-awareness, resilience, and vitality across all facets of their lives.
